If you have found the truth within you, you have nothing more to look for in your entire existence. The truth works through you. When you open your eyes, this truth opens its eyes as well. When you close your eyes, this truth closes its eyes, too. This is a wonderful meditation. If you can simply master this uncomplicated skill, you will never have to do anything again. Everything you do will be done by truth. You walk – here walks your truth, you sleep – the truth rests, you speak – the truth speaks, you are silent –the truth is silent.
This is one of the simplest methods of meditation. Little by little, everything is built using this simple formula, and then this method becomes unnecessary. When you are healed, you quit the meditation, you quit the medicine. Then you live like the truth – a lively, radiant, meaningful, blissful song within you. Your whole life becomes a prayer without a single word, or, in other words, a grace, a beauty that does not belong to worldly fuss, a ray of light coming from the beyond into the darkness of our world.
The Inner Voice speaks not in words, but in the silent language of the heart. It is like an oracle who speaks only the truth. If he had a face, it would look like the face depicted in the center of this card – alert, attentive and able to receive both light and darkness, symbolized by two hands holding a crystal. The crystal itself represents clarity, which comes as a result of going beyond all dualities.
The inner voice can also be playful when is dives into emotions and comes out again to soar into the sky, like two dolphins dancing in the waters of life. It is connected with the cosmos with the crown in the form of a crescent, and with the earth represented by the green leaves on the kimono.
There are times in our lives when it seems that too many voices are pulling us in different directions. Our very confusion in such situations is a reminder of the search for silence and focusing your attention inward. Only by finding them can we finally hear our truth.
